Painting with Words: A Visual Language & Sketchbook Workshop
Art Workshop with Artist-In-Residence Noelle Bowden
Saturday, February 10
1:00pm - 3:00pm
The Hive
Studio EThis immersive painting, drawing, and writing workshop focuses on exploring your own visual language through guided activities and customizing a sketch book (provided).
This class will give participants a way to access and focus their creative energy. It will be devoted to spending time with your own creative language through different outlets of writing, painting, drawing, and even collaging. Through the mediums of writing, painting, or drawing, Noelle will guide you through some of the processes she uses to create abstract paintings and poems.

All materials will be supplied but if you have favorite art supplies feel free to bring them. Please wear an apron or clothes that you don’t mind getting messy.
About the Artist
