Cindy Blue-Blanton, an interior designer and former instructor of historic preservation practices at the University of Idaho, will talk about what was trending in architecture and interiors in the booming town of Spokane Falls between 1891-1918.
She will walk us through the vestibules of some of the most exquisite homes in the Northwest. From the “Age of Elegance” mansions of Browne’s Addition to the ubiquitous bungalows of the South Hill, major interior styles of Spokane’s historic homes will be highlighted with an exploration of how they developed.
