Combine mindfulness and doodling in this fun and soothing drawing class.
You’ve heard of mindfulness, and you’ve heard of doodling, but have you ever put them together? In this relaxing and creative workshop, you are guided on a simple method to combine these two practices with a resulting piece of artwork to keep. Easy and intentional, this drawing practice will be something you can turn to anytime you have a few moments.
No prior skills needed. All materials will be supplied. Appropriate for upper elementary through adults. No registration required.
