Join Spokane Public Library, Spokane NAACP, and other partner groups for a forum with the Spokane Mayoral candidates and a City Council Presidential Candidate Town Hall. Registration required.
Spokane Public Library, in collaboration with Spokane NAACP, Thin Air Community Radio, and other partner organizations, is proud to host a forum featuring candidates for both the City Council Presidential and Mayoral races. As we approach the crucial general election, this event offers community members a unique opportunity to hear directly from candidates in each race, Nadine Woodward, Lisa Brown, and Betsy Wilkerson.
The questions, thoughtfully curated by the NAACP and partner organizations, aim to address the pressing issues and concerns of our diverse community. This forum is not just an opportunity to understand the candidates' stances but also a reflection of the city's commitment to informed and inclusive civic participation.
Register here and join us for an informative evening and engage with the candidates hoping to shape the future of Spokane or listen to the event live on Thin Air Community Radio,88.1 and 92.3FM, and streaming live at KYRS.org.
