Community Educator Juan Juan Moses is teaming up with local chef Cynthia Monroe to share a guide to common garden weeds that are nutritious and may even be medicinal! Complete with cooking demos.
What a way to end the growing season, huh? This is our annual end-of-season garden tour and cooking show.
Enjoy this sharing of the garden bounty along with a presentation on common garden weeds, a cooking show, tasting, and a tour of the garden to see the weeds featured in the presentation. After this, you'll never look at your weeds the same again! And you'll be proud that you too can forage without leaving your yard!
This is a collaboration with Growing Neighbors on their Tour de Farm project. To see the gardens on the tour, click here.
