Please join us for a community conversation on a regional collaborative approach to address homelessness in Spokane.
Recently, elected officials in the City of Spokane, Spokane County, the City of Spokane Valley, and Airway Heights signed a joint statement committing to a 90-day due diligence period to research the feasibility of creating a regional collaborative system developed with a shared vision, combined finances, and coordinated resources to more effectively mitigate the impacts of Homelessness in our community.
An essential component of this 90-day due diligence is listening to Community stakeholders and learning from their experiences and expertise. We want to hear from people experiencing Homelessness, service providers, local business owners and leaders, neighborhood councils, non-profits, faith-based communities, residents from across the region, and more! Homelessness impacts all our lives and it’s important for us to come together to collectively define the problems and develop strategies that best fit the needs in the Spokane region. This event is free to attend, and everyone is welcome!
We will be livestreaming this event on our YouTube page as well.
