This engaging talk is followed by a demonstration on fruit leather making at 2pm. Presenter Steve Neill shares his well-researched story on apples, followed by a demonstration on fruit leather making that showcases not just apples, but also other autumn fruits. This 2-part series can be attended together or separately.
