Join local photographer Mike Midkiff to learn how to create a great picture!
Do you have to buy an expensive camera and equipment to get great pictures? Will my smart phone give me what I want? Do I need photo editing applications or software to get the look I want? Participants will learn the basics of creating a great picture using the camera on your phone, digital, and mirrorless cameras. We will dip our feet in the deep waters of picture composition, lighting, lenses, and tripods. We will learn what shutter speed and aperture are. We will talk about post-production editing and learn about resources that are free or relatively inexpensive.
