Zentangle
Saturday, January 30
2:00pm - 3:00pm
Zentangle instructor, Mary Lindeblad, will teach us how to create beautiful images. You likely will enjoy increased focus, creativity, self-confidence, and a sense of well-being.
The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns, or tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves, and orbs.
Zentangle art is non-representational and unplanned so you can focus on each stroke and not worry about the result. In fact, you can most easily create Zentangle art by rotating your tile as you tangle. The result is a delightful surprise.
Supplies needed: blank paper, a fine tipped pen (black preferably, but other dark colors are okay), and a pencil.
Registration closes 4 hours before the event. Register and you will receive an email with instructions on how to participate before the event.
Technology requirements: You will need a device or computer with an internet connection and the Chrome browser, microphone and speakers to participate via Zoom.
