Designed in Switzerland, the handpan is a unique instrument that plays beautiful chime-like music. Handpan music is created with easy-to-understand guidelines for playing harmonious notes, chord progressions, rhythms, and unique melody patterns.
Join Kim West, an internationally trained handpan instructor in the Malte Marten Method, for a fun 2-hour immersive, hands-on experience. Discover the joy of creatively expressing yourself and enjoy playing handpan music together with others. You will learn about the history of the handpan, how a quality handpan creates its enchanting sounds, and how to easily play beautiful melodies, harmonies, and rhythms. D Kurd10 handpans will be provided for attendees. You are invited to bring your own handpan as well.
